We offer Stroller Strides and Fit4Baby classes 5 times per week at 4 different locations to suit you. We welcome all fitness levels and just about any stroller will do, so long as it is not prone to tipping. Please remember to bring water, sunscreen and a yoga mat or towel for ground exercises. If you answered yes to any of these questions, then our Running Club is for YOU!!!This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert, and is open to anyone, not just FIT4MOM members.
You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, pace, etc. Strollers welcomed!
